About Me
I’m Theunis — founder of Fit to Party
I’m 35. I’m not a bodybuilder. I am 100% natural. I’ve been training for 24 years, partying for 20, and helping people take control of their health for over a decade. No steroids. No extremes. Just honest, smart, sustainable fitness built around your lifestyle — not mine. I've done it all: weightlifting, CrossFit, endurance training — and now I’m building a community where fitness doesn’t require giving up the parts of life that make it worth living.
